  • We love four-legged family members! Unfortunately for the comfort and safety of all
    attendees,
    no pets are allowed at this camping adventure. For questions regarding service
    animals under the ADA, please refer to

  • 20’x20’ Tent/Car spaces and 30’x30’ Boondock RV spaces do not have an electric hookup.


  • Full RV spaces have a 30a/50a connection plus two standard 110v outlets, and a hose bib. No
    dump connections are available for your black or gray water tanks.


  • Each tent (including sleeping, pop-up shelter, etc) must be screwed or cross-staked into the
    ground or weighted with at least 50lbs spread between all corners. This is for the safety of all
    attendees in the possibility of sudden severe weather.


  • Generators may only be used in Boondock RV spaces, and no engine idling is allowed at any
    campsite. It is strongly recommended that you have a carbon monoxide detector in use at
    your campsite for your health and safety.


  • Portable restrooms, a hand sanitizer station, a community water source, and campground lost
    & found will be available near the 24/7 staffed Information Tent in the camping area.


  • All garbage & recycling must be taken with you at the end of the weekend, or a $150
    campsite cleanup fee will be charged to your card on file. No dumpster will be available for
    use by campers. Leave nothing but footprints and respect the property.


  • Free car parking will be available in a separate lot if you’d like to leave your vehicle there after
    unloading at your campsite. For safety, no sleeping or in-car camping will be allowed in that
    lot.
  • No unauthorized vending is allowed.



Campground Information

  • Everyone staying in the campground must have a wristband; Kids under 12 are free and
    do not need a wristband.


  • Kids under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.


  • Each campsite type has a set number of wristbands included with it, per its description.


  • Additional wristbands may be purchased for $10/pp which grants access for additional
    people to stay at your campsite. Additional Person wristbands will not have a separate
    campsite assigned to them.


  • When separately purchasing Additional Person wristbands, please note your order
    confirmation number in the notes section if they’re not contained on the same order.

  • Campers may arrive starting at 8am on Friday April 18th, 2025. Please queue up
    according to the camping map (to be released mid-March 2025) and do not block traffic.
    No camping check-in may be accessed from alternate traffic routes. Unfortunately, no
    early check-in option is available for Thursday night accommodation.


  • To check-in for your campsite, you must have your email confirmation for Camp Staff to
    scan. We suggest loading your QR code into your phone wallet in case of heavy cell tower
    traffic. Each QR code can only be scanned once and a campsite will be assigned
    accordingly. Please protect your confirmation as ticketing scams are rampant; Camp Staff
    is not liable for any fraudulent activity and we suggest only purchasing campsite access
    directly from our website.


  • The Camper checking in to the campsite will be given all wristbands purchased for that site
    and must distribute them to their guests and invitees; Please keep these secure as
    replacement wristbands must be purchased at $10/pp. If your friends arrive after you’ve
    checked in and been assigned your campsite, please let them know your last name and site
    number as they’ll need that information at the gate.


  • All campsites are assigned and the location of Tent/Car sites & Boondock sites will be
    made upon arrival. If you would like to set up adjoining campsites with friends, then you
    must arrive together in order to be placed beside each other; Each type of campsite will be
    filled in the order of arrival.


  • Your site must be left clean & the campground vacated by 4pm on Sunday April 20th.


Checking In

Fires & Cooking

  • Only SoloStoves or equivalent enclosed stacks may be used at campsites, and no open
    campfires or raised fire bowls are allowed due to unpredictable weather conditions and
    embers.


  • A group campfire will be hosted on Friday & Saturday nights (10p-11:55p, TBD). Please
    check for a specific schedule as we get closer to this camping event.


  • No wood or charcoal fires may be used for cooking due to unpredictable weather
    situations and embers. Gas or electric grills are acceptable, with qty1 20lb-or-smaller tank
    or qty3 small Coleman-type tanks allowed per vehicle. No other tanks will be allowed on
    site. It is strongly recommended that you have a small fire blanket or extinguisher available
    for use at your campsite for your safety.


  • No glass anything – no exceptions. This includes bottles, cups, dishes,
    decorations, etc.
  • A personal use quantity of alcohol in aluminum cans is allowed, to be
    consumed by those 21+ only.
    No glass bottles, kegs, or unreasonable
    quantities of alcohol may be brought in.
  • No pets are allowed at this camping adventure. For questions regarding
    service animals under the ADA, please refer to
    this guidance.
  • No weapons of any type will be allowed on the property, to include guns,
    ammunition, knives over 6” or any knife of a non-kitchen use, batons,
    pepper spray, explosives/ fireworks, etc.
  • No balloons or tanks are allowed on the property. This is grounds for
    immediate removal of property access without refund due.
  • No unauthorized vending of any type.
  • Prohibited items must either be discarded or taken offsite, as no storage
    service is provided by the Camp Staff.
  • Vehicle inspections will occur every time you re-enter the camping area
    and the final determination of prohibited items rests solely with Camp
    Staff.

  • In case of severe weather, all campers should return to their vehicles until the
    weather system has safely passed. Camp Staff will have additional, mandatory
    instructions if a weather situation necessitates escalation for the safety of everyone
    on-site. Use common sense for your surroundings and monitor weather updates
    using your smart device or weather radio.


  • Contact the 24/7 staffed Info Tent in case of any injury, and call 911 in case of
    emergency. Use the address 561 May Royal Drive, Aiken SC 29801 and let them know
    that you are in the camping lot that’s past the ticketing building. Our Camp Staff will
    meet emergency services and guide them to your campsite. Your safety is our highest
    priority!

  • After your arrival, contact Camp Staff at the Information Tent with any concerns.

Emergencies and Weather

  • This is an all-weather, rain-or-shine event, and no refunds will be given for any reason. This
    agreement is a binding purchase, and chargebacks will be referred as Theft of Services and handled
    by Aiken DPS.


  • With Camper’s acknowledgement that the New Camper has also read these terms and agrees to
    uphold them, Camper may transfer their reservation into someone else’s name before midnight
    EST on April 16th, 2025. Camper must cc: the New Camper on an email containing the following
    info and send to GreatTateMgmt@gmail.com:
    • Original Camper’s name, phone number, and order confirmation number
    • The new Camper’s name, phone number, and cc: them on the email
    • We will respond to both of you with confirmation of the campsite transfer once it has been
      processed at or before midnight EST on April 17th, 2025.


  • Camper agrees they and their guests will comply with this Agreement and reasonable requests by
    Camp Staff, and will maintain their actions and campsite in the spirit of a community respect so that
    all attendees may enjoy their time at this camping adventure. Be cool and let’s have a great time!


Camper and their guests are hereby made aware that there are potential risks involved with any
camping activity. This includes spending time in and sleeping in an outdoor location, on uneven
terrain, in variably lit surroundings, at a campsite with multiple independent attendees also
involved, to include the risks associated with weather, vehicles, campfire or cooking implements,
and acts of God. All Campers agree to the responsibility to use common sense and due care and
caution to avoid property damage, illness, injury, or death related to their participation. Upon
purchasing this temporary campsite access, Camper understands that they are voluntarily signing
this waiver and acknowledges assumption and waiver of risks of this position, in favor of Great
Tate Management LLC, the Company administering this camping adventure, as well as the
Western Carolina State Fairground Foundation, the owner of this property. Campers hereby
assume these participation risks and temporary campsite use of their own free will. All vehicles
and equipment brought onto the property is done so at Camper’s own risk and liability. To the
maximum extent permitted by law, Camper will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Company,
its shareholders, directors, officers, affiliates, its volunteers, employees and agents (collectively,
the “Indemnitees”), from and against any and all demands, claims, causes of action, suits,
judgments, liabilities, liens, losses, damages, expenses, fines, penalties and assessments incurred
or sustained by the indemnitees, or any of them, arising out of or caused by (i) any personal injury,
death or damage to or loss of property in any manner related to Camper’s participation in the
camping adventure, in any associated location, or lack of participation in such, and/or (ii) a breach
by Camper of any of its representations, warranties, covenants or obligations under this
Agreement. Camper hereby recognizes that they are also purchasing temporary campsite use by
their guests and invites, and Camper extends their guarantee that they will defend, indemnify, and
hold harmless both the Company and property owner from the same listed above if brought by
Camper’s guests and invites.


(a) Relationships: Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to make Camper, their guests or invites, or Company a partner or convey property ownership for any purpose.

(b) Severability: If a court finds any provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as best to affect the intent of Company and Camper.

(c) Waiver: The failure to exercise any right provided in this Agreement shall not be interpreted as a waiver of prior or subsequent rights of any matter.

(d) Attorney Fees and Expenses: In a dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party its reasonable attorney fees and costs, actually paid.

(e) Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

(f) Jurisdiction: Camper consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Oconee County, Georgia in any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Camper waives any other venue to which Camper might be entitled by domicile or otherwise.

(g) Successors & Assigns: This Agreement shall bind each party's heirs, successors and assigns. Company may assign this Agreement to any party at any time. Camper shall not assign any of his or her rights or obligations under this Agreement without Company's prior written consent. Any assignment or transfer by Camper in violation of this section shall be void.

(h) Arbitration: Any dispute or controversy arising in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration. The arbitration shall be held in Watkinsville, Georgia unless a digital option is available, and conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction, or application may be made to such court for a judicial acceptance of the award. This agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of Georgia.


This agreement outlined by the camping rules above is made as of this date of purchase, by and
between the listed purchaser of this temporary campsite access (hereinafter referred to as
“Camper”) and Great Tate Management LLC, whose address is 1211 Loch Lomond Circle,
Watkinsville GA 30677
(hereinafter referred to as “Company”) in reference to their Camping
Adventure held on April 18-20, 2025, on a subsection of the Western Carolina State Fairgrounds in
Aiken, SC, whereas the property owned and operated by the Western Carolina State Fairgrounds
Foundation has an address of record of 561 May Royal Dr, Aiken SC 29801. The Camper assumes
responsibility for this entire Agreement on behalf of their campsite guests and invites, and
indemnifies Company and Property Owner for the same.
